I’ve been selling from the honesty box since October last year and consistently sell between 5 and 10 loaves every Saturday. Since last month I also sell up to 8 loaves to Ginhaus Deli in Llandeilo, and I’ve recently been listed on the Black Mountain Food Hub for Saturday collection in Llansadwrn.
I’ve started looking at scaling up, understanding what new equipment I might need (not least a bigger oven). I’ve also created a survey to help me understand what demand there might be in the local area for real bread made from scratch here in Llansadwrn.
